Where do I get it from? Soyabeans, lentils, whole wheat bread, tempeh, seitan, beans, almonds, soya milk, soya yogurt, tofu, chickpeas, quorn, pasta, peas, peanut butter, brown rice, sunflower seeds, cashews, spinich, broccoli and potatoes….to name a few!

Why do governments play down health issues surrounding meat eating? Could it be that the meat and dairy industry provide valuable cash injections? Goats

Surely switching to goats milk is a more conscious choice, especially if i buy from a small local farm? Goats are still impregnated and the male offspring usually slaughtered at birth, in my experience this often happens infront of the mother and causes great distress. How can we deny animals the right not only to be able to keep their own children but not to kill their children so that we may drink the milk...
