Shouting about the disgrace of our society. We need to face upto the fact that killing animals is just unacceptable. Do something worthwhile today. Be vegan.
Last week I posted up some products from Kellogg’s to avoid as they contained animal parts, these were Special K and Rice Krispie treats in particular. I wrote to Kellogg’s to ask which cereals were suitable for vegans and here is the reply. As I am in Norway, the list is just for Norway so please check in your own country as ingredients do vary, however, I have requsted a list for the UK and US so will post that as soon as it comes!
The following Kellogg’s products which are sold in Norway, do not contain animal ingredients:

All-Bran Apple & Fig
All-Bran Plus

Speial K Fullkorn
I used to eat meat, wear leather and basically had the same contempt for animals which I see on a daily basis everywhere I look. I became a vegetarian after seeing newborn lambs prancing around and not wanting to be responsible for them being murdered. I became a vegan when I was thinking of breastfeeding my son and finally understood what the dairy industry is all about. What I know now, I did not know then. No longer living in ignorance, I have no option but to write this blog.

Honnikorn smacks, All bran Apple & Fig and All Bran Regular all contain Honey.
Some vegans eat honey, some do not so this is valuable information. I am a do not as honey is something produced by bees for bees, not for human…in my humble opinion…!
