Shouting about the disgrace of our society. We need to face upto the fact that killing animals is just unacceptable. Do something worthwhile today. Be vegan.
This weeks pick is Alternative Outfitters. I came across this wonderful online store after listing to a Vegetarian Food for Thought Podcast (thanks again Colleen!). I have so many things I want to order I must wait until the children have gone to bed tonight to get ordering. For me personally, living in a place where it is difficult to say the least to get vegan options, stores like this are invaluable
..to me and probably to many. This is a gem which sells a great variety of items, the bags were the first thing my eyes strayed too and I will have to choose items carefully and gof or the things I actually need rather than just want! Anyhow, go take a look and I will report back on the products later!
I used to eat meat, wear leather and basically had the same contempt for animals which I see on a daily basis everywhere I look. I became a vegetarian after seeing newborn lambs prancing around and not wanting to be responsible for them being murdered. I became a vegan when I was thinking of breastfeeding my son and finally understood what the dairy industry is all about. What I know now, I did not know then. No longer living in ignorance, I have no option but to write this blog.
