Shouting about the disgrace of our society. We need to face upto the fact that killing animals is just unacceptable. Do something worthwhile today. Be vegan.
So tomorrow the children and I pack up and hope our flight to London goes without a hitch. I have seen the chaos the snow in the UK has caused and hope things have calmed down a bit. At least our pilot will be used to landing in snow and ice! I haven’t posted for a while as busy running around getting organised and also we were all hit with H1N1 which knocked us out for around 3 weeks! I am looking forward to seeing what vegan options I can get my hands on in England and also curious to see if there will be anywhere at all that we can eat out! I have my vegan presents ordered from Ethical Wares and will see if I can get the folks to eat a vegan christmas dinner - wish me luck!
Have a peaceful Christmas and why not choose not to have a dead animal as a centrepiece.

I used to eat meat, wear leather and basically had the same contempt for animals which I see on a daily basis everywhere I look. I became a vegetarian after seeing newborn lambs prancing around and not wanting to be responsible for them being murdered. I became a vegan when I was thinking of breastfeeding my son and finally understood what the dairy industry is all about. What I know now, I did not know then. No longer living in ignorance, I have no option but to write this blog.
